Lost/stolen bank card. Should I inform Football INDEX?

Yes. Please contact our Customer Support Team who will liaise with our Customer Security Team and remove this card from your account.

Address Change

If you have changed your address, please always ensure that we hold your correct billing address details. This can be updated in the ‘My Details’ section under ‘Account’. If we do not hold the correct billing details of your financial institution, this could lead to the suspension of your account.

Using somebody else’s payment method with their permission

Unfortunately, customers are not permitted to use someone else’s payment method on their account. In order to ensure the highest level of security for our customers, it is our Policy that all payment methods used on the site must belong to the Football INDEX account holder.

Football INDEX reserves the right to void any bets placed with a payment method not in your own name and suspend your accounts. Please ensure all personal details registered on your Football INDEX account are accurate and up to date. If you have recently changed address, but forgot to notify us, please do so at your earliest convenience by contacting our Customer Support team. We may be able to electronically verify your details and reactivate the account upon your contact.
